Faver Ninco Gesha - Colombia
Faver Ninco’s coffees were among our favorites of 2025, so we’re thrilled to start this year off by releasing two more: a Pink Bourbon lot and this Gesha separation, both from Finca Costa Rica, Faver’s farm in Central Huila. We have been purchasing Faver’s coffees for multiple seasons now, and have begun releasing them as differentiated lots from sequential passes within the same harvest. This particular lot comes from the peak of main harvest, and presents as a tropical, fruit-forward, slightly syrupy but still structured expression of Gesha that retains plenty of the variety’s distinctive florality. We get pink florals and crisp acidity balanced by sweet citrus and refreshing tropicals.
